## Who we are

LogicPacks by Al Jash Trading is operated by Al Jash Trading (Establishment), Abu Dhabi, UAE, Economic licence CN-1030597, Abu Dhabi Registration Authority. Address: Office 5, Bani Yas West 4, Bani Yas, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Software developed by [TechRealm](https://techrealm.online). Contact: WhatsApp [+1 713 632 2262](https://wa.me/17136322262).

## What we store

- Your account: name, email address and a hashed password, or the sign-in you used.
- Workspace and project details: names, members, invites, threads and their status.
- Projects stay on your machine, or on the host’s laptop when shared. Syncing projects to our cloud is coming soon and is not available yet.
- Basic logs needed to run the service and fix problems, kept for a short time.

## What we do not store

We never store or proxy model API keys. Your agent runs on your own Claude Code or Codex login on your machine, and your login stays there.

## Our cloud (coming soon)

Our cloud is coming soon and is not available yet. As designed, each member of a cloud workspace gets an isolated sandbox user with no access to the host or to other members’ sandboxes.

## Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account and everything stored with it. Send the request from the email on your account, or contact us on WhatsApp [+1 713 632 2262](https://wa.me/17136322262). We confirm when it is done.

## Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we say so in the app and on the releases page first.
